I started in the carpet business when I was 18 in a well established Fort Lauderdale carpet service company.  Initially I was a helper on a carpet installation truck.  Soon I began installing hardwood, vinyl and tile flooring.  The owner of the company insisted on providing service that was second to none.  Not surprisingly, much of our business was with customers who we had sold carpet to years before.  That was a lesson I’ll never forget.

When the owner decided to retire in 1990, at the age of 32, I bought the business.   Nine years later I sold the business, moved to Indian River county, and we built a home.    

I started GNL Flooring to offer Indian River County a full service flooring company which provides full service at competitive prices. We offer a wide range of carpet, tile, vinyl and wood flooring solutions.  We also design and fabricate custom area rugs.
